Announcements

If you are interested in more information regarding iStation – a program we strongly suggest utilizing at home - please watch our “Parent’s Guide to iStation.” I think you will find it very useful! Please view when you have a free moment.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAw2gDb03Gs

Can your child tie his/her shoes? Now is the time to really reinforce that at home! Try taking a large shoe and putting it in your child's lap. Sit behind them and model how to do it. Your First Grade teachers thank you!

It's that time of year! LICE! Be on the lookout for itchy heads. It may not be just dry scalps! When weather changes and more hats and scarves are used, transmission can be on the rise. It's best to be cautious! We always recommend to students that they put all jackets inside their zipped up backpack.

Here are a list of high frequency words your child should know by the end of our first semester:  all, as, be, but, by, for, had, have, he, his, not, on, or, this, to, what.
