Week of May 11
Thanks again, Mr. Tade, for visiting us!  We loved learning what it’s like to be a commercial airlines pilot!

Parents, you found an envelope in your child's binder. Please self-address it and place two stamps on it, and return it by Friday, May 15th. This will be for your child's final report card.  If we do not receive the stamped envelope, you will be able to view the final report card on line in Family Access.
Field Day Information!!!
TRANSPORTATION
• Buses will shuttle students to the stadium beginning at 9:00 a.m. on May 22nd beginning with the upper grade levels.
• Field day events will be open upon arrival at the stadium.
• Students will participate in the events of their choice at their own pace.
• Buses will shuttle students back to OUES at 11:45 a.m. for lunch.
STUDENT INFORMATION
• Please encourage your child to wear socks, tennis shoes, and sunscreen.
• Prior to field day, each student should bring one reusable or disposable water bottle to his or her homeroom teacher. Please label the water bottle with your child’s first and last name. Students will be able to refill their water bottles as needed.
• A cold treat will be served at the event.
• STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN LUNCH
• WHICH WICH will be offering a percentage of their proceeds to OUES for lunch orders.
• Preordered sack lunches will be available from the café.
No new t-shirts this time; there was not an auction item for the design this year. You can use last year’s shirt…  Colors shift. Students that did not order last year; no worries, just wear a solid color according to this guideline, if possible.  It’s SO much easier locating our students if there are wearing the appropriate color!
