·        Distinguish fiction from nonfiction books
·        Sort words to learn word patterns and help our spelling
·        Build our vocabulary with a weekly read-aloud.
·        Practice placing correct capitalization and punctuation in paragraphs

In Math, we will…
·        Continue addition
·        Use the “count on” strategy
·        Use a number line to add
·        Create our own story problems
