Our first field trip is Feb. 25.
We’ll be seeing a production of “Aesop’s Fables” in Ft. Worth. Please refer to the letter that your teacher
sent you. Return the permission slip
along with payment by Nov. 8.
The Super Science Sale will take place from Monday, December
2 – Friday, December 6, which is the week after Thanksgiving break. The hours
are as follows:
Monday: 7: 30 am – 3:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Thursday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
Don’t forget a healthy snack for your child.

Build our vocabulary with a weekly read-aloud. We
will be introduced to 3 new words. All
week, we’ll keep track of when we use them in our writing, speaking, or see
them in our reading. The new words will
be posted so that we will have a reference for future use.

to solve our problems of the day. We use

our math stations. Each station will have a math activity that reinforces
concepts that we are currently learning or have previously learned. Your child
will also be able to visit “First in Math” at some point this week.
In Science, we will learn about the
seasons.
