Week of October 31st

Storybook Character Day is Monday, October 31st.  Your child will need a book that goes along with his/her costume. No scary costumes or weapons, please. Make sure you have read the book to/with your child.  We will have a parade that you are invited to attend. (first thing in the morning) Then we’ll come back to the class and have presentations.  The children will introduce themselves, tell what they are dressed as, and share their favorite part of their book.
This week…
In Math, we will:
·        Identify numbers as odd or even
·        Represent numbers using tallies and read tallies
·        continue to problem-solve daily with our “Problem of the Day”
