Don’t forget to return our Field Trip Waiver from as well as the
chaperone slip (if you are interested in being entered into the chaperone
lottery) by next Tuesday, April 5th. Also, please be sure to include
cash or a check payable to OUES. The amount per child is $7.50. I received some
forms today that did not have the money included.
