This week in Language Arts, we will...

• Continue to write small moment stories
• Practice retelling
• Practice using the dictionary
• Discover new vocabulary through a weekly read aloud
• Categorize words to learn spelling patters
• Practice using proper capitalization and punctuation in existing writing
• Work on iStation in the computer lab

This week in Math, we will...

• Put 2D shapes together to  make new shapes
• Reinforce math vocabulary
• Solve problems of the day independently then as a class
• Participate in math stations
• Work on Reflex Math and Think Central in the computer lab

This week in Science, we will...

• Learn about animal life cycles
