Here is the encore schedule. Please make sure your child wears tennis
shoes on PE days. Fridays will be a
rotation that includes PE along with music or art.

· Read other authors’ books to discover
writing patterns and styles
· Determine the author’s purpose
· Discover new vocabulary through a weekly
read aloud
· Categorize words to learn spelling
patterns
· Practice using proper capitalization and
punctuation on paragraphs that have none.
· Work on IStation while in computer
lab. We encourage children to take
advantage of the program at home as well!
This week in math, we will…
· Continue learning about money
· Solve problems of the day
independently, then as a class
· Participate in our math stations
· Work on Reflex Math and First in Math
while in computer lab
