This week…
In Math, we will:
· Discover patterns in addition
· Review addition strategies
· Write addition sentences
· continue to problem-solve daily with our “Problem of the Day”
· enjoy our “BUILD” math stations. These stations help to extend and review the concepts the children have been learning all year.
In Language Arts, we will:
· pay attention to other authors and experiment with different techniques
· practice retelling
· read word family poems and discuss the rhyming words
· practice capitalization and punctuation within paragraphs
· continue to explore adjectives
Science- We will be learning about food chains, habitats, and how living things depend on each other.
